Renovation house

It's small house with concrete levels varied and slim existing staircase.

The main duties are as creating 2nd level, improving ventilation and adding 2 more toilets.

Garden and usable areas should be the most priority aspects...

Demolishing the core area on the 1st floor is the strong point on this concept. The metal spiral stair should be the heart of the house to get up to the existing roof in order to make a new level. A wooden mezzanine will be worth to be added above the small bedroom.

Glazed partitions are method of leading natural light to clear out the existing darkness.

The most difficulty is existing structure. Limiting the changes on them should be considered.

it's time for relax

As I nearly be there with my nest so it's a little bit relief.
All I have to do now is glazing to the new stuffs which is more less neccessary for family life as hook, kitchen ware, bedroom set. On top of the list is altar room joinery and brassed equipment.
There are some more things need to be done before moving to are polishing stone work, final fixing and cleaning.
the main reason for delaying until the end of this month is 'pengshui' - lunar date - good day for celebaration.

Look forwards to seeing you there with drink.....
