Paperwork (money makes it all...)

All you need to buy a land/house/propery have a same obstruction named: paperwork and all the thing which need the involvement of goverment or local official.

The unique thing which can be solved quickly is banking for a loan. Money's always be a good deal and HSBC has a professional service on this. They have a link to the official so eveything can be done in a short time.

Designing: it sounds very interesting to you??? No - especially for your own. Every aspects needs to be considered befor going to the final. Fortunately, I have some 'experts' have been consulting me on structure, M&E, furniture and even small details and miscellanous works. 'Pengshui' consultant is always needed.

The most difficulty has happen: planning permission.
It made me waiting in vain before receiving the answer: the design was not accepted. One official asked: has you got the original design for the site? God know.. (I thought they had to have them on the table before signing the permission of the master planning).
The conversation droven me crazy after all when they answered me: they don't have any information for the land and please come back after one week. They will ask around for this.
Remember: I have a constructing permission of previous owner but they thought it was illegal. (extremly ridiculous...)
When I started to feel so exhausted, some people said to me: Money makes it all... and it's true, after 03 times meeting with officials, I had to give them some black money (giving under table) .. as a result.. I got the permission.... after 03 days.
