build up a nest - chapter 1
Finding position - the most important task.It's been quite long time a go when I started to think of settling down at the 'sunny morning but rainny after all' city.
Finding a suitable position for starting was so difficult to me. Buying a ton of 'ad-papers', surfing net after hard days, wasting hundred of phone calls were a nightmare.
After all, some places had been chosen, then, meeting with landlords, estimating existing conditions, checking the legalty of paperworks were not easy as we wished. Hundred of things need to be done before signing the constract.
The chalenges didnot end there as I had to finish some banking tasks. With my parents' help, I got over all. Can you imagine, the price of the land had been rocketted after this buying, thanks God.
